What should we measure during an initial Empatyzer pilot?
Short answer
In an initial Empatyzer pilot, measure reach and first use: whether the intended people join, complete the assessment, prepare a real conversation with Em and come back for the next one.
Also collect short feedback on relevance, the time required and the administrative effort, and define the group and the observation period before the start. The “Members” section shows who has joined and completed the questionnaire, and the organization statistics show aggregated, anonymous activity and participation in successive steps; both are available to the owner and people with the relevant permissions. Conversations with Em stay private and are never part of the measurement.
