What evidence is available for Empatyzer?
Empatyzer offers three kinds of evidence: declared psychometric parameters of its assessment, results from studies and deployments, and customer testimonials. Together they cover the quality of the measurement and how people respond to Empatyzer in practice.
The assessment is language-adapted and normalized on a sample of more than 3,000 working-age adults, with declared reliability above α 0.85 and ω 0.86. In studies and deployments, 77% of users would recommend Empatyzer after three months, 73% are satisfied with the implementation, 59% report higher competence in self-assessment, and in selected measurements an improvement of up to about 12% was observed after several months. Testimonials come from named leaders in healthcare and business and from users in sectors such as IT, higher education and aviation. These results come from specific studies and deployments and do not guarantee the same effect in every organization.
