Evidence, results and how to evaluate value
What does Empatyzer's 65% micro-lesson completion figure mean?
Short answer
In Empatyzer's measurement, 65% of the micro-lessons that people opened were also completed.
The base is opened lessons, not all released lessons, so the figure shows follow-through after opening and complements the separate 90% opening result. A lesson takes about two minutes to read and is designed to take no more than five minutes with its quiz question. Completion is an engagement signal, not a measure of skill, behavior change or job performance. The 65% is a reported result, not a forecast for every organization.
