Why is a micro-lesson locked in Empatyzer?
Short answer
A padlock on an Empatyzer micro-lesson means it has not been released yet, not that something is wrong. Lessons are released two a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, rather than all at once.
You can catch up on every lesson that has already been released, even after several weeks away, but you cannot open future lessons early. The gradual release is part of the learning design: small doses over many months, reinforced by quiz questions, rather than clicking through a whole course in one go.
