Evidence, results and how to evaluate value

What does Empatyzer's 59% competence result mean?

Short answer

Empatyzer's 59% result is the share of users who, in its studies and deployments, reported an increase in their competence in a self-assessment.

The figure shows how many people noticed growth, not how much their competence grew, and it is not the result of an external skills test. It is also not a promise of an equivalent gain in productivity or performance. Changes in measured values are reported separately: in selected measurements, an improvement of up to about 12% was observed after several months.

Other ways to ask
