How often are Empatyzer micro-lessons released?
Short answer
Empatyzer releases two micro-lessons a week: a self-awareness lesson on Tuesday and a soft-skills lesson on Thursday.
Lessons are not unlocked all at once, so the plan continues at this pace for many months, often 7–18. If you miss a week, lessons already released stay available to catch up, and an email with a short teaser and a link can let you know about each new lesson.
