Evidence, results and how to evaluate value

What do the 77%, 73% and 59% Empatyzer figures mean?

Short answer

Empatyzer's published results from studies and deployments show that 77% of users would recommend it after three months, 73% are satisfied with the implementation and 59% report an increase in their competence.

All three are users' own declarations, and the 59% is a self-assessment: the share of users who noticed growth, not the size of that growth. The figures describe the people in those measurements and do not guarantee the same result in every organization. A separate result describes the size of change: in selected measurements, an improvement of up to about 12% was observed after several months.
