Short answer
Empatyzer microlearning adds a different layer to mandatory and technical training: it develops self-awareness, communication, collaboration and other soft skills in short lessons spread over many months.
It does not replace compliance, safety, technical or clinical training, which stays in the systems responsible for it. Lesson categories include communication, cultural differences, feedback, coaching, leadership and time management. Reading a lesson takes about two minutes and the whole lesson, with its quiz question, should not exceed five, so two lessons a week fit around a busy training calendar.
