Empatyzer personalizes the learning plan on two levels: to your own traits, needs and patterns from the assessment, and to the people and environment you currently work in.
Your assessment shapes which lessons you get and in what order, and the plan is recalculated when your department, manager, team or surroundings change. Personalization means choosing content and context for you, not writing every sentence separately for each person, so two people with a similar need can receive the same lesson while their plans as a whole differ.
