What should plant HR report to management after an Empatyzer pilot?
Short answer
Report the Empatyzer pilot as a decision package: participation and activation, repeat use of Em, micro-lesson engagement, recommendation and satisfaction, understanding of privacy, the strongest use cases and the main implementation lessons.
Participation and activity come from the “Members” list and the aggregated statistics; recommendation, satisfaction and self-assessed competence come from a short survey that HR runs among users. Add competence or operational measures only if they were defined before the pilot. Never report the content of conversations with Em, the AI coach: it is private and not available to the organization.
