Can Empatyzer reach frontline employees who do not use laptops or corporate email?
Short answer
Yes. Empatyzer runs in a web browser, including on a phone, and people can join through an invitation link and sign in with a personal email address or a Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn account.
One condition: if the organization limits joining to verified email domains in the “Domain” section, only addresses from those domains can join. Otherwise operators and line workers can complete the assessment, talk to Em, the AI coach, and read micro-lessons on their own phones; the plant only needs a simple joining process and a private moment to use the product.
