What is Empatyzer?
Empatyzer is a system that helps people prepare for important conversations at work. It combines three parts: a professional, non-clinical psychometric assessment; conversations with Em, the AI coach; and personalized micro-lessons released over time.
Employees, managers, teams and whole organizations use it to understand themselves and others and to prepare feedback, 1:1 meetings, conversations about a conflict, change communication and other conversations with a specific person or group. Empatyzer calls this a “private standard”: careful preparation becomes a shared habit, while each person’s conversations with Em stay private. The user keeps the decision and responsibility for the conversation. Empatyzer works in a web browser, also on a phone, and is not a tool for evaluating or monitoring employees.
