Administration and organization management

What are verified email domains used for in Empatyzer?

Short answer

Verified email domains let an Empatyzer organization limit who can join: when email-domain verification is enabled, only people who verify an email address in one of the organization's approved domains can be invited and join.

This protects the organization from accidentally inviting or admitting someone from outside. A company that uses several domains can add all of them, and the owner manages them in the “Domain” section. People without an address in those domains cannot join while verification is enabled, and a domain itself grants no extra access to data.

Other ways to ask

  • restrict joining to company email
  • only employees with our domain can join
  • allowed email domains
  • stop outsiders from joining
  • company domain restriction
