Can agency workers or contractors be included in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Yes. Empatyzer lets an organization invite anyone by email or link, including agency workers or contractors, unless it limits joining to verified email domains.
Before rollout, agree who invites them, which department and manager they are linked to and what happens when the assignment ends: the owner or an authorized admin can then suspend or remove the member in “Members”. The person's own account and assessment stay with them, and the same privacy rules apply as for employees.
