How do I rename an organization or change its industry in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Open organization management in Empatyzer, choose “Name and industry” in the left menu, edit the name or industry and save the changes. The owner or a person with the relevant permission can do this.
The name and industry can be changed, but the business or private/family type chosen at setup cannot. The name of your personal organization can be changed the same way.
Step by step
- Click your photo or initials at the top right, expand the organization and choose to manage it.
- Choose “Name and industry” in the left menu.
- Edit the name or select a different industry.
- Save the changes; the new name appears in the organization list.
