How do custom department names work in Empatyzer?
Short answer
In Empatyzer's Department names section, each department has a system name, a display name shown to users and a visible or hidden status. You can, for example, keep the system category “Marketing” while users see “Promotion Department”.
The owner can add, rename, hide and delete departments, and can give another person the permission to rename them. A hidden department no longer appears to users as a choice, but hiding it does not delete its data.
