How do I suspend or remove a member from an organization in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Open organization management in Empatyzer, choose “Members”, find the person and use the suspend or remove action. The owner can do this, as can anyone the owner has given the permission to suspend and remove members.
Suspending blocks the person's access to the organization, while removing ends their membership. Neither action gives administrators access to that person's conversations with Em or full assessment results, and the person keeps their own Empatyzer account.
Step by step
- Click your photo or initials at the top right, expand the organization and choose to manage it.
- Choose “Members”.
- Find the person in the list.
- Use the suspend or remove action; the person loses access to the organization or stops being a member.
