How do I add, verify or remove an allowed email domain in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Open organization management in Empatyzer and choose “Domain”, where the owner adds, verifies and removes the email domains allowed in the organization. The owner can also give another person the permission to add and remove domains.
When email-domain verification is enabled, only people who verify an email address in one of the approved domains can be invited, so add every domain your company uses before sending invitations. The rule controls who can join and gives nobody access to private conversations or profiles.
Step by step
- Click your photo or initials at the top right, expand the organization and choose to manage it.
- Choose “Domain” in the left menu.
- Add a domain and complete its verification, or remove a domain you no longer use.
- Invite people once all your company's domains are listed; while verification is enabled, only people who verify an address in an approved domain can be invited.
