Questions from HR, L&D and people teams

How does Empatyzer extend the value of feedback training?

Short answer

Empatyzer extends feedback training from “knowing the method” to preparing the next real conversation with a specific person.

A workshop teaches the method once. Before a real feedback conversation, the manager asks Em how to give the feedback to this particular person. If the person can be selected above the chat (a member of the currently selected organization who has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves), the “Remember” tab shows a few, usually three, simplest rules that most help in contact with them. Micro-lessons, with feedback among their topics, then arrive twice a week and take about two minutes to read, so practice continues without extra sessions to schedule.

Other ways to ask

  • feedback training follow-up
  • make feedback workshops stick
  • apply a feedback model in real conversations
