Short answer
Empatyzer fits as the application layer between assessment, learning and the real conversation. Existing HR systems can remain the operational source of employee records and processes, while Empatyzer helps people apply insight in day-to-day relationships.
Empatyzer runs in a web browser, also on a phone, and is not a system for employee records, evaluations or HR decisions. No integration is needed to start: people join by email invitation or link and log in with email and password, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn. Departments, direct managers and project groups are set up in Empatyzer itself, and verified email domains can restrict who can join. If you need a connection to a specific system, discuss it with the Empatyzer team.
