How does Empatyzer help me understand another person’s perspective?
Empatyzer shows how a selected colleague is likely to differ from you and what may matter to them, and Em turns that into specific hypotheses: how they may hear your message and which questions are worth asking.
Select the colleague with the two-person icon in the left vertical menu; the “Advice”, “Comparison” and “Remember” tabs describe the differences between you two and a few simple rules for working together. If the colleague is not on the list, for example because they have not completed the assessment or have turned off advice about themselves, describe their behavior or paste a message, and Em will use your profile and that context. Treat every hypothesis as something to check in the real conversation, not as a verdict about the person.
