Teams, departments, organizations and project groups
What kinds of groups can I analyze in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Empatyzer’s group mode, opened with the three-person icon, covers four kinds of groups: a team, a department, the whole organization and a project or working group.
Teams are usually listed under the manager’s surname and department, departments are units such as IT, HR or finance, and a project group brings together people from different departments or reporting lines. Choosing a group switches both Em’s conversation context and the views on the right. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. In the “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types” and “Motivators” tabs, each colored dot is one person, and each person decides whether their name is shown with their dot.
