Using Em in real conversations
Can Em help me prepare a conversation with a whole team?
Short answer
Yes. Click the three-person icon in Empatyzer’s left vertical menu and select a team, department, the whole company or a project group above the chat. Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, then uses that group as the context of the conversation.
A group context helps with announcing a change, motivating a team, cooperation and tensions that involve several people. Em combines your profile with what is known about the group and leaves room for individuals to react differently, and the five tabs on the right show the same group from different angles. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people.
Step by step
- Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu.
- In the selector above the chat, choose a team, department, company or project group.
- Ask Em about the situation in the group, for example how to announce a change.
- Use the five tabs on the right to see the group’s patterns.
