What does “You compared with the team” show in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Empatyzer’s “You compared with the team” view shows where you stand relative to a selected group, or to the general population, on eighteen bipolar dimensions of work and collaboration, such as direct versus indirect communication.
Each axis shows your marker and the reference marker, and checkboxes above the chart switch comparisons on and off, for example you versus the company or you versus the general population. The view does not say which end of an axis is better: it shows how large the difference is and how closely you resemble the selected environment. Your position is not a score.
