How is Empatyzer’s Organization DNA report different from the group maps?
Short answer
Empatyzer’s group views are interactive tabs that every user can open to see their position in a selected team, department, company or project group, while the Organization DNA report is a separate, optional one-time synthesis of the whole organization.
The group views (“You compared with the team”, “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types”, “Organizational Culture” and “Motivators”) support everyday questions and conversations with Em. The report brings group data together into one management picture: strengths, tensions, team potential, readiness for change and innovation, and guidance on building teams. Neither gives access to private Em conversations or to anyone’s full results.
