What is a project group in Empatyzer?
Short answer
A project group in Empatyzer is a set of people who work together even though they belong to different departments or report to different managers, for example an IT project team or a multidisciplinary team on a hospital shift.
It lets the group views and your conversations with Em reflect the people you actually work with, not only the formal organization chart. Each person sets their project group for an organization in their profile, next to their department and direct manager (“Go to admin” → “Me” → “Work”). You then select the project group like any other group: three-person icon, then the list above the chat.
