Can I compare myself with the whole population as well as my organization in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Yes. In Empatyzer’s “You compared with the team”, checkboxes above the chart let you compare yourself with the selected group, such as your company, and with the general population.
In “Personality Types”, small gray dots in the background are an anonymized comparison sample of several thousand adults, so you can see yourself, a department and your organization against a wider population. Micro-lessons can also show how common a pattern is in your team, your organization and the population.
