What should I do if I ask Em a personal or team question in FAQ mode?
Short answer
Switch to the matching context: in FAQ mode, Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, explains how the product works but gives no personalized advice. Use the one-person icon for yourself, the two-person icon for a person or the three-person icon for a group.
If you ask a personal question in FAQ mode, Em tells you that you are in the FAQ and which icon to click. After you select yourself, a person or a group, Em uses that context and the right side shows the matching view. Questions about how a feature works, such as how to choose a person, can stay in the FAQ.
