What changes when I switch organizations in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Switching organizations in Empatyzer changes the people, teams, departments, project groups, comparisons and organization settings available to you. Your assessment and micro-lesson progress stay the same, because they belong to your account.
When you talk with Em about a person or a group, you choose from the people and groups of the selected organization; a person can be selected once they have completed the required part of the assessment and have not turned off advice about themselves. If someone is not on the list, Em still helps when you describe their behavior or paste a message from them. Your department, manager and role are kept separately for each organization on the “Work” or “Private” tab under “Me”.
