Group motivators

Why does Empatyzer show a group’s motivators separately from its personality types?

Short answer

Because people who work in a similar way can be driven by different needs: Empatyzer’s “Personality Types” view shows how people in a group tend to act, while the “Motivators” view shows what matters to them and gives them drive.

Visible behavior alone does not reveal what motivates someone. The “Motivators” tab shows how many people in the selected company, department, team or project group have each of the sixteen motivators among their dominant needs, so you can plan communication, recognition or change with both views in mind. Your own motivators appear on the Motivations tab of “Your results on charts”.
