Group motivators
What does the number next to a motivator mean in Empatyzer’s Motivators view?
Short answer
In Empatyzer’s “Motivators” view, the number next to a motivator shows how many people in the selected group have it among their dominant needs.
Each colored dot is one person, and each person decides whether their name is shown with their dot (visibility checkbox at the bottom of the view). The legend links colors to departments and can show each department’s dominant motivators. The dots and the legend together show which needs are most common in the group and how departments differ, which helps when planning communication, recognition or change.
