How do I view one department in Empatyzer’s Personality Types chart?
Short answer
Click a department’s name in the legend of Empatyzer’s “Personality Types” chart to see how that department is spread across the eight types.
Looking at one department at a time makes it easier to compare its pattern with the rest of the organization and with the gray comparison sample in the background. Clicking a type icon opens that type’s definition.
Step by step
- Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu and select a group above the chat, such as the whole company.
- Open the “Personality Types” tab.
- Click a department’s name in the legend: the chart shows how that department is spread across the types.
- Click a type icon to open its definition.
