How do I change the comparison in Empatyzer’s Organizational Culture view?
Short answer
Use the selector above Empatyzer’s “Organizational Culture” chart to choose the comparison, for example you versus the company, the team or the department.
The chart then sets the culture you prefer against the culture people in that company, team or department prefer and the culture they report as actually prevailing there. Selecting another group above the chat changes the data on the right.
Step by step
- Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu and select a group above the chat.
- Open the “Organizational Culture” tab.
- In the selector above the chart, choose the comparison, for example you versus the company, team or department.
- Read the chart: it now compares your preferred culture with that group’s preferred and actual culture.
