Who is Em in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Em is the AI coach in Empatyzer. She helps you understand yourself, a specific person or a group and prepare important conversations at work, such as feedback, a 1:1 or a conversation after a conflict.
Em is an AI, not a human or a therapist, and she does not make clinical diagnoses. You set what the conversation is about in the left vertical menu and the selector above the chat: yourself (“About me”), a specific person, a team, department, company or project group, or the product itself (FAQ). Em then takes into account your assessment, what is known about the selected person or group and the situation you describe. She is available 24/7 in seven languages.
