Short answer
Yes. Empatyzer can complement Lean, TWI and other operational-development methods by supporting the interpersonal conversations around learning, feedback and cooperation.
A supervisor may know the method well and still need help discussing it with a particular colleague, for example after repeated deviations from standard work. Em helps prepare that conversation, also on a phone during a shift, and two micro-lessons a week keep people skills in practice. The operational standard stays as it is: Empatyzer does not replace operational processes or technical training.
