Can I use Empatyzer across departments rather than only with direct reports?
Short answer
Yes. Empatyzer supports conversations with peers, other departments and your own manager, not only conversations between a manager and their direct reports.
For example, you can prepare a discussion with a peer whose team works to different priorities. Select that person with the two-person icon, or use the three-person icon to choose a project group that brings together people from several departments. Describe the dependency and the decision you need to agree on, and Em helps you plan the conversation around the real working relationship.
