What is the difference between “Work” and “Private” in my Empatyzer profile?
Short answer
In the “Me” panel of Empatyzer, “Work” holds your details separately for each professional organization, while “Private” holds them for your personal organization. In each you can set your specialization, department, direct manager, join date and project group.
This lets the same profile carry a different role, department or manager in each organization. These details help reconstruct the real structure of each organization, so that advice, comparisons and micro-lessons fit your actual surroundings.
