Using Em in real conversations
Can I ask Em about one particular colleague?
Short answer
Yes. To ask Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, about one colleague, click the two-person icon in the left vertical menu and select the colleague in the list above the chat. You can search by first name, surname, job title or email address.
The list shows people from your currently selected organization who have completed the required assessment stage and have not turned off advice about themselves. After you select someone, Em uses the context of that relationship and four tabs appear on the right: “Advice”, “Comparison”, “Remember” and “How can they help you?”.
Step by step
- Click the two-person icon in the left vertical menu.
- Open the selector above the chat.
- Type part of the person’s first name, surname, job title or email address.
- Select the person; Em switches to that relationship and four tabs appear on the right.
