Using Em in real conversations
How do I start preparing a conversation in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Start in Empatyzer’s left vertical menu: choose the one-person icon for yourself, the two-person icon for a specific person or the three-person icon for a team or other group. Then tell Em about the situation and what you need from the conversation.
The selected context determines what information Em can use. Choosing the exact person or group above the chat matters especially in larger organizations, where several people may share a first name or even a full name. If someone cannot be selected, for example because they have not completed the assessment, you can still describe their behavior or paste a message from them; Em then works from your assessment and the context you give.
Step by step
- In the left vertical menu, click the one-person, two-person or three-person icon.
- For a person or group, select the exact person or group in the selector above the chat.
- Describe the situation, your goal for the conversation and the part you find difficult.
- Read Em’s suggestions for the selected context and ask follow-up questions to refine them.
