What does the “How can they help you?” tab mean in Empatyzer?
Short answer
Empatyzer’s “How can they help you?” tab shows areas in which the selected person has clearly stronger predispositions than you and can complement you. Below, it suggests other people in your organization who are strong in specific areas, with their department or team.
Clicking the name of an area opens its definition. The tab is about complementarity: a stronger predisposition in one area does not make someone generally “better”, and a difference can be a resource for collaboration rather than a weakness.
