How should I use Em’s advice when I want to be fair to the other person?
Short answer
Treat advice from Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, as a perspective to test, not a verdict about the other person: check whether your description was fair, add missing context and ask for another interpretation if needed.
Em relies on your description of the situation, so a one-sided description leads to one-sided advice. The relationship views are symmetrical, meaning the other person can see advice about working with you, and the “Comparison” tab explains differences without deciding who is right. Em will not help you manipulate or pressure someone; she helps you enter the conversation with better questions.
