Can I share what I learned without sharing my private Em conversation?
Short answer
Yes. Your conversation with Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, stays private, so you decide what to share, for example an insight or a plan you worked out, without showing the conversation itself.
Managers, HR and administrators cannot open your conversations, so only what you choose to say reaches them. For example, in a 1:1 you can say which kind of feedback helps you most, or agree a new way of working with a colleague, without revealing your questions to Em.
