Security and session protection
How does Empatyzer separate private profile data from administrative permissions?
Short answer
Empatyzer's administrative permissions cover running the organization, not access to people's private data: no permission opens conversations with Em, questionnaire answers or full assessment results.
An owner can grant selected permissions, such as renaming departments or groups, inviting, suspending or removing members, and adding or removing email domains. Verified domains only control who can join, and naming someone's direct manager only reconstructs the real structure to tailor advice and lessons. None of these settings gives anyone a hidden, privileged view of other people.
Other ways to ask
