Do I need to retake the Empatyzer assessment when I join another organization?
Short answer
No. You complete the Empatyzer assessment once, and the same profile works in every organization you belong to, as long as you join with the same account.
Joining changes the people, teams and comparisons available to you, while your assessment results and micro-lesson progress stay with your account. Whether and when you can complete a new questionnaire is shown in the “Surveys” section.
