Empatyzer can complement facilitated conflict work by giving individuals a private way to prepare, understand different perspectives and practice better conversations between facilitated sessions.
The facilitator works on the shared conflict at group level, for example between doctors and nurses on one ward, while Empatyzer works with each participant individually.
