Questions from hospital HR and staff-development teams
How does Empatyzer fit alongside mandatory training records and professional credentials?
Short answer
Empatyzer complements mandatory training and credential systems by developing communication, self-awareness, teamwork and leadership around the professional work.
Mandatory training, licenses to practice, specializations and clinical competence stay in the systems already responsible for them; Empatyzer does not replace them and is not a training register. Micro-lesson progress belongs to each person; administrators see members’ names, email addresses and whether each has completed a questionnaire, survey or task, and the organization’s statistics are aggregated and anonymous. Empatyzer’s role is continuous development between formal courses: Em, the AI coach, for real conversations and two micro-lessons a week.
