How does Empatyzer complement employee engagement surveys?
Empatyzer complements engagement surveys: a survey shows how people experience the organization at a point in time, while Empatyzer helps individuals understand themselves and prepare the conversations that follow, including conversations about the survey results.
Empatyzer adds a view of how people differ: the “Organizational Culture” tab compares the culture you would naturally like to work in, the culture people in the selected company, department or team would like and the culture actually reported in that group, and “Motivators” shows how many people in the group have each of the sixteen motivators among their dominant ones. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people; where a view shows one dot per person, each person decides whether their name appears with it. Empatyzer does not measure performance or monitor employees.
