How can hospital leaders get useful oversight of Empatyzer while conversations stay private?
Hospital leaders oversee Empatyzer through the member list and aggregated statistics, while conversations with Em, the AI coach, stay private: managers, administrators and other users cannot see them.
Organization owners and permitted administrators see the plan and, in “Members”, each person’s name, email address, join date and whether they have completed a questionnaire, survey or task; the statistics show aggregated, anonymous activity. They do not see questionnaire answers, assessment results or conversations. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people, and the optional Organization DNA report also relies on group data. This separation lets leaders steer adoption while staff keep a private space for candid questions.
