# How can Empatyzer complement facilitated work on a long-running interprofessional conflict?

Empatyzer can complement facilitated conflict work by giving individuals a private way to prepare, understand different perspectives and practice better conversations between facilitated sessions.

The facilitator works on the shared conflict at group level, for example between doctors and nurses on one ward, while Empatyzer works with each participant individually. Em, the AI coach, helps a person understand how a specific colleague may see the situation and prepare the next exchange; these conversations stay private, also from the facilitator. Em does not mediate or decide who is right.
