Short answer
Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, uses large language model technology to understand your questions and write answers in natural language. Empatyzer adds the context you choose: your assessment, the selected person or group and the situation you describe.
That context is what makes Em’s suggestions specific to one relationship rather than generic communication advice. For some AI features, Empatyzer uses OpenAI and Anthropic services; it passes them only the information needed for the answer, and they do not use data submitted by Empatyzer to train their models. The other person’s privacy settings still apply: you receive only neutral guidance about them, and none if they have turned it off. Em suggests options; you decide what to say and do.
